Metro Parks, Serving Summit County again will rely on bowhunters to kill hungry white-tailed deer in the parks. The park system will hold a lottery at 6 p.m. July 30 at the Oxbow Area of Cascade Valley Metro Park. That's off Cuyahoga Street in North Akron.
